ReBill ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our mobile application on Google Play Store.

Information We Collect

• Personal Data: When you create an account or make payments, we may collect:

  • Payment information (processed securely via third-party payment gateways).
• Usage Data: We automatically collect:
  • Device information (e.g., model, OS version).
  • Log data (e.g., app crashes, usage patterns).
  • IP address and location data (for regional compliance).
• Permissions: The App may request access to:
  • Camera (for scanning payment cards or receipts).
  • Storage (to save transaction records).

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's core features (e.g., subscription management).

• To improve user experience and troubleshoot technical issues.

Third-Party Services

• Payment Processors: We use secure third-party services (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to handle transactions. We do not store your full payment details.
• Analytics: Tools like Google Analytics or Firebase may collect anonymized usage data.
• Cloud Services: User data may be stored on servers provided by AWS, Google Cloud, or similar providers.

Optional Website Ad Measurement

This section applies to the ReBill website and public signup flow. We use the OpenAI Pixel to measure completed demo requests and account registrations and attribute eligible activity to ChatGPT ads.

The Pixel uses browser and ad-click identifiers, event details, timestamps, and the website origin. Automatic advanced matching may also detect supported contact details, such as email or phone numbers, and hash them in your browser before sending them to OpenAI.

OpenAI requests a 30-day lifetime for its ad-click cookie and a 365-day lifetime for its browser-reference cookie. We keep an ad-click reference for the signup handoff for up to 30 days and your measurement choice for 180 days. Browser controls can shorten these periods.

Ad measurement is enabled by default and remains optional. You can turn it off or change a saved choice using the Ad measurement link beside Privacy Policy in the website footer, or at the bottom of the signup page. We request that these conversion events are excluded from future user-level personalization.
